Kjerneansvarsområder
  • Relasjonsstyring med større bedriftskunder
  • Direkte salgssamtaler med nye kunder
  • Bestem de viktigste interessentene i transformasjonen, omfang, rollekriterier og ansvarsområder for å sikre salget
  • Regionale markedsføringsaktiviteter og investeringer
  • Være pådriver for å oppnå ledelsens KPI-er/resultatkort
Mulige fremtidige ansvarsområder:
  • Bygge opp en innsidesalgskapasitet
  • Se for seg et partnernettverk for det regionale salget

Kvalifikasjoner

Nødvendig erfaring: Utdanning, nøkkelerfaringer, ferdigheter og kunnskaper:
  • Bachelorgrad eller MBA foretrukket, eller tilsvarende erfaring
  • Evne til å forstå kundenes behov, utarbeide og presentere skreddersydde, kundefokuserte tilbud og løsninger 
  • Lev etter tankegangen «vi før meg» og «kunden først», som sikrer langsiktig suksess fremfor kortsiktig avkastning

Assemble ble grunnlagt i 2004 og har siden den gang kontinuerlig arbeidet for å utvikle bedre løsninger for administrasjon og kompetanseutvikling innen barneomsorg, for å støtte foreldre, barn, barnehagepersonale og barnehageinstitusjoner. Med hovedkontor i Danmark, men med avdelinger over hele Europa, Afrika, Asia og Nord-Amerika, er vi et virkelig internasjonalt selskap. Vi er stolte av vår omfattende bransjekunnskap og ekspertise, noe som virkelig kommer til uttrykk i løsningene vi utvikler. Vi har som mål å forbedre barns trivsel og sjanser til å lykkes i livet. Alt vi gjør, handler om å skape en bedre barnehageopplevelse for barn over hele verden.
