Ansvarsområder

Vigtigste ansvarsområder
  • Kundeforvaltning i forhold til større erhvervskunder
  • Direkte salgskontakter med nye kunder
  • Identificer de centrale interessenter i transformationsprocessen, omfanget samt kriterier for roller og ansvarsområder med henblik på at sikre salget
  • Regionale markedsføringsaktiviteter og investeringer
  • Fremme opnåelsen af ledelsens KPI’er/resultaterne på resultatkortet
Mulige fremtidige ansvarsområder:
  • Opbygning af en intern salgsafdeling
  • Idéudvikling til et partnernetværk til det regionale salg

Kvalifikationer

Krav til erfaring: Uddannelse, vigtige erfaringer, færdigheder og viden: 
  • Bachelorgrad eller MBA foretrækkes, eller tilsvarende erfaring 
  • Evne til at forstå kundernes behov samt udarbejde og præsentere skræddersyede, kundefokuserede tilbud og løsninger 
  • Lev efter tankegangen »vi før mig« og »kunden først«, som skaber langsigtet succes frem for kortsigtet afkast

Assemble blev grundlagt i 2004 og har siden da løbende arbejdet på at udvikle bedre løsninger inden for ledelse og kompetenceudvikling i børnepasningssektoren for at støtte forældre, børn, personale i daginstitutioner og institutionerne selv. Med hovedkvarter i Danmark, men med kontorer i hele Europa, Afrika, Asien og Nordamerika, er vi en ægte international virksomhed. Vi sætter en ære i vores omfattende branchekendskab og ekspertise, hvilket tydeligt kommer til udtryk i de løsninger, vi udvikler. Vores mission er at forbedre børns trivsel og muligheder for at klare sig godt i livet. Alt, hvad vi gør, handler om at skabe en bedre oplevelse inden for tidlig uddannelse for børn over hele verden. Ved at hjælpe forældre, daginstitutioner og personalet i daginstitutionerne med at fjerne administrative hindringer, tilbyde bedre muligheder for samarbejde og give dem et centraliseret administrationssystem til børnepasning kan vi forbedre børnenes trivsel og deres chancer for at klare sig godt i livet.
