Asiakkuuspäällikkö

Assemble on ottanut tehtäväkseen parantaa lasten hyvinvointia ja menestymismahdollisuuksia elämässä. Näin voimme luoda paremman tulevaisuuden lapsillemme, ja sinä voit auttaa meitä saavuttamaan tavoitteemme. Assemblen asiakkuuspäällikkö johdattaa arvokkaimmat asiakkaamme digitaaliaikaan. Haastajan asenteella toimiva menestyvä asiakkuuspäällikkö hallinnoi, koordinoi ja johtaa asiakasyhteistyötä sekä saa aikaan asiakassuhteista liiketoimintaa mullistavia tuloksia.

Tehtävät

Keskeiset vastuualueet
  • Suhteiden hallinta suurten yritysasiakkaiden kanssa
  • Suoramyynti uusien asiakkaiden kanssa
  • Määritä keskeiset sidosryhmät, laajuus, roolikriteerit ja vastuualueet myynnin varmistamiseksi.
  • Alueelliset markkinointitoimet ja investoinnit
  • Edistää johdon suorituskykyindikaattoreiden/tuloskortin tulosten saavuttamista.
Mahdolliset tulevat tehtävät:
  • Sisäisen myyntivalmiuden rakentaminen
  • Kumppaniverkoston luominen alueellista myyntiä varten.

Tutkinnot

Vaadittavat kokemukset: Koulutus, keskeiset kokemukset, taidot ja tiedot:
  • Eduksi katsotaan kandidaatin tutkinto tai MBA-tutkinto tai vastaava kokemus.
  • Kyky ymmärtää asiakkaiden tarpeita sekä luoda ja esittää räätälöityjä, asiakaslähtöisiä myyntiesityksiä ja ratkaisuja 
  • Omaksu ”me ennen minua” -ajattelutapa ja ”asiakas ensin” -ajattelutapa, jotka tuovat pitkän aikavälin menestystä lyhyen aikavälin tuottojen sijaan

Vuonna 2004 perustettu Assemble on jatkuvasti kehittänyt parempia lastenhoidon hallinta- ja osaamisratkaisuja vanhempien, lasten, päiväkotien henkilökunnan ja laitosten tukemiseksi.
