Account Executive

The Account Executive at Assemble leads our most valued customers into the digital age.  Embracing a challenger mindset, the successful Account Executive manages, orchestrates, and leads customer engagements and closes opportunities with customers that produce transformative business outcomes.  

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities 

• Relationship management with larger enterprise customers
• Direct sales engagements with new customers 
• Determine core transformation stakeholders, scope and role criteria and accountabilities for securing that sale 

• Regional marketing activities and investments

• Drive attainment of management KPIs/scorecard results 

Possible future responsibilities:

• Building an inside sales capability
• Envisioning a partner network for the regional sales

Qualifications

Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:  

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience 
• Ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customised, customer-focused pitches and solutions 
• Embody “we-before-me” and the “customer first” mindset that delivers long term success over short term returns
