Nembørn er en børnepasningsplatform bygget på GDPR-kompatibel infrastruktur, revideret af PwC. Alle børns data, fotos, beskeder og observationer er ende-til-ende-krypteret under overførsel og i hvile, lagret på certificerede servere og beskyttet af tofaktorgodkendelse og ansigtsgenkendelse for personaleadgang.
Ende-til-ende-kryptering. Hver besked og hvert barns journal er beskyttet under overførsel og i hvile.
Fleksibel datahosting. Certificeret hosting. Servere i dit foretrukne land.
2FA + ansigtsgenkendelse. Personalet godkendes, inden de får adgang til børnedata.
Årlig PwC-revision. Uafhængig sikkerheds- & GDPR-compliance-gennemgang hvert år.
Sikker API. OAuth 2.0, hastighedsbegrænsning, organisationsisolering, TLS 1.3.

I detaljer
Alle kundedata hostes på certificerede servere. Nembørns infrastruktur overholder ISO 27001-standarderne og gennemgår årlige sikkerhedsrevisioner af uafhængige tredjeparter.
Nembørn gennemgår årlige sikkerheds- og compliance-revisioner udført af PwC. Disse revisioner dækker datahåndteringspraksis, krypteringsstandarder, adgangskontrolpolitikker og GDPR-compliance på tværs af alle produktfunktioner. Revisionsrapporter er tilgængelige for enterprise-kunder på anmodning.
Personalets adgang til Nembørn kræver tofaktorgodkendelse (2FA) og valgfri ansigtsgenkendelse. Rollebaserede tilladelser sikrer, at hvert personalemedlem kun ser de børn og data, der er relevante for deres stue eller gruppe. Alle loginhændelser registreres og kan revideres af institutionsadministratorer.
Nembørn bruger AES-256-kryptering i hvile og TLS 1.3 under overførsel for alle data. Beskeder mellem personale og forældre er ende-til-ende-krypteret. API'et bruger OAuth 2.0-godkendelse, hastighedsbegrænsning og organisationsdataisolering. Al API-trafik krypteres via TLS 1.3.
Nembørn giver fulde GDPR-artikel 15, 16 og 17 rettigheder — forældre kan til enhver tid anmode om adgang til, rettelse af eller sletning af deres barns data. Samtykkeworkflows er integreret i onboardingprocessen for både forældre og personale. Institutionsadministratorer kan administrere alle samtykkeposter fra ét enkelt dashboard.
