We will also have access from time to time to personal and other data that a Daycare Centre or School that is our customer is the data controller of. This data will be provided by the Daycare Centre or School either directly or via a third party that is commonly referred to as a data extractor. Please refer to the privacy policy of any Daycare Centre or school that you may be interested in to understand how it expects us to operate with them as a data processor.

Information collected when you use our services through mobile applications on iOS (Apple App Store), Android (Google Play Store), or our web applications will be used for the following purposes:

• Information and content you provide for us, will be used only to provide and personalize our services to a Daycare Center or School
• Location-related information will be used for check-in and check-out in Daycare Centers and School. The Location-related information is your current GPS location to determine if you are in a place where you can check in or out of a Daycare Center or School
• Device information such as unique identifiers, device IDs, device signals is only collected and used in the event of a support request with the Assemble helpdesk to better determine an appropriate fix

Failure to secure renewal shall lead to the data being anonymized or deleted entirely.
